Roll Off????

has anyone heard of a cleaner called roll off? Someone told me it's a great product but I can't find it anywhere. I have looked on west marine and boat us websites but no luck. A friend of mine in Canada has been looking up there in marine shops and can't find it either...ScottS/V Quantum Leap
