For the benefit SBO'ers and of those of us who know world-renowned navel designer Roger Long from places other than SBO: PBS has featured two shows about Pearl Harbor. They were on PBS's 3 channels in the Baltimore/DC view area on Wednesday, and they are worth watching. I'm sure with December 7th coming it will be repeated and hopefully broadcast nationwide. The 2, 60-minute, shows are newly made in HD, with original photography, computer simulations, actual Rover footage, and survivors of the 2 ships attacks.
One is about the Arizona. The other is about the Oklahoma, and includes an appearance by our own Roger Long. The show is "Pearl Harbor- USS Oklahoma- the Final Story". About 25 minutes into the show the topic becomes the Japanese mini-subs at the Harbor, and has Roger (with the beard) sharing his knowledge regarding their attacks. I highly suggest you watch both episodes.
This show is not to be confused with Roger's previous appearance dealing with explosion/implosion of a mini sub. THAT is another story!
