20kg would be OK but I’d recommend a size up if it would fit on your roller. An anchor is never too big in a squall at o-dark hundred. (I have a 20 kilo Rocna on a 39’ tri and would have gone up a size if my sprit didn’t limit me. The hoop would interfere with my sprit if I go larger.)
OTOH if I was in the market today I’d look at Mantus based on the anchor resetting videos posted by SV PANOPE on YouTube. My Rocna always sets but (unless the bottom is loose sand or gravel) it also brings up a ball of seabed, and those videos show the Mantus is better at resetting. As for size, the only time we’ve ever dragged was backing down in deep oozing mud bottom, and it was a slow movement. It would have been better on that occasion to have a larger anchor or deploy the Fortress; but I didn’t due to the settled weather at the time and decided it was good enough for conditions, and we stayed put.
PS a washdown pump is a wonderful help if you get any hoop style anchor.
