Any suggestions for a robust electric fuel pump for our Universal 5432 Diesel? We've had two auto store replacements fail in the last month. They were rated for 100 gph, well in excess of our 1/2 to 1-1/2 gph draw. They could have just worn out since we sailed 2400 miles in July.

Look on E bay, if you have a filtering system in place the newer modle is ok. If you don't the older cylinder shape pump and internal filter is great. I've had that modle running for 5 years that I've owned the boat and I'll probably buy another this month.
