We have a 1987 Hunter 31'. Can anyone help me out in rigging the mainsheet traveler? The traveler system is mounted on top of the cabin. There is a large fiddle on the traveler car. The boom has three blocks already mounted on bails (not sure if this is correct terminology} with other bail locations also on the boom.

this should give you an idea - the hardcopy catalog has more but this should help. The loop sequence is pretty standard.

Counterintuitive

Intuitively you want to wrap the lines around the sheeves just like we were taught in physics class. But on some set-ups, the first bend is counterintuitive as the line comes out of the boom. I'd draw it here if I could.
