Rigging for a C&C 37 (Backstay adjuster)

Hello, I am interested in replacing the turnbuckle backstay adjustment ona C&C 37 ( serial # zcc 37142k485 ) with a hydraulic backstay.The current rig is configured the same as when it came from thethe factory. I would also like to put safety straps on the mast to secure themast base to the mast step. Any comments or recommendations would be appreciated.Thanks, Stephan

I'd just go out and buy the NAVTEC and install it. The skipper will be most appreciative and humbled. Thanks.
