Rigger on the Chesapeake Bay

I wanted an evaluation of my sails by somebody more knowledgeable than me. Didn't want to drive down to Oriental, NC or to Hampton, VA (or further north). Found Quantum Sails in Portsmouth, VA. Very happy with their lead guy (a very small shop). He and I discussed adjust mast rake to fix some of my issues, and I mentioned my backstay was too long to bring the rake back any further. I said I am going to have to go to West Marine (VA Beach) for help. He said no need, he could do the work at Quantum. All this transpired this past week. Quantum is putting a second set of reef points in my main - very happy with their expertise and work to date.
That said, I have a trailerable, so I would be putting boat on trailer, lowering mast, and taking rigging to shop rather than them coming to me.

I'm not sure whether they will travel to the ES but they could work on it in Little Creek. Cobbs has a yard there and they are very helpful and do good work all around.
