There is a one page write-up in the Hunter manual aboard my 1990 33.5. I bought the boat last year so this was my first chance to tune the rig. It went pretty smoothly but I have yet to sail it to test the tension on the leeward side. If it is too loose, it needs to be tightened. I have a Loos Guage but I only used it to match numbers from port to starboard. Do you have the same book? I saw a reference to the same manual here on HOW the other day. Somebody copied pages from several manuals and have them posted on their web site.
