I asked Beneteau the following question:
Previous owner of my B321 did not tension the stays correctly and the baby stay actually damaged the underside of the deck. Can you tell me the correct amount of tension req'd for all the stays on this boat.
This was Beneteau's reply:
The rigger that taught me to tune a rig lived by the philosophy that tuning a rig is an art, not a science. This is a process must be hands on. Please contact your local sail maker, rigging company or Beneteau dealer for help with this project.
I could of got that answer from anybody.
Does any B321 owner have ball park numbers for a 1996 B321 (especially the baby stay)?
