Hunter 426 & 44 owners; Looking for riding sail recommendations only. My research suggests that a riding sail has very limited success for the 44 having no backstay. Please respond with YOUR experience. Not interested in alternatives - I have read many alternative suggestions. How about the FinDelta anchor sail?

Please check the archives as I had posted some pictures etc. of how we installed a banner bay sail on My h44 with very good results. I'm traveling until Friday but feel free to send me an e mail message and would be happy to discuss further

I second Marc's experience with Banner Bay. Works well when you need it.

Marc; That Fin Delta Sail by Banner Bay is the one that interests me the most. I could use the spare halyard to hoist it up. It apparently does not need a backstay. How did you rig the aft lines and get them out of the way of the bimini? I have Kato davits and am thinking I can secure the lines to the davits.
