I saw you stereo modification in the photo forum. I have an H240, I was wondering when you removed the forward panel in the V-berth how deep it was. I take a 10" TV/VCR combo on overnights so the kids can catch a video before bed. I was wondering if a shelf could be built deep enough to hold this. If not I'm considering just making a storage cabinet out of the area. I haven't pulled this panel off yet. I'm waiting until the season is over. Any advice would be appreciated.

It may,

Depending upon how wide the TV is. There is lots of room in the middle at the top but gets narrower as you go down and it goes to nothing on the edges. Cut out a peice of card board with a hole big enough for the TV and see if it will be deep enough a couple of eye bolts and a bungee may not be a bad idea either.
