Rewiring a catalina 22 - 1981

We just purchased a Catalina 22 - 1981. It appears that someone previously atempted to rewire it as the wiring is all exposed. We need to rewire the mast as well as inside. Where is the best place to get help on this....without paying a fortune for direction. HELP it is sailing season here!
