Last month I posted a problem here that I am having with not enough reverse thrust with a 7.5 hp Merc on an H22. I finally have the answer. I got the information from Bob Grubb at East Coast Marine (thank you Bob). Bob sent me a Merc bulletin that shows how to correct this problem. It involves drilling two holes. I will attempt to attach the bulletin to this post. If attaching the bulletin does not work, I will email the bulletin to anyone interested in the fix.
