Retubing RIB

My AB is pretty well worn at the bow, beyond repair.

Surfing the net, I can't find any DIY posts for replacing tubes on a RIB except for zodiac which has a slide on feature.

I suspect it is not a DIY project. I've been told it's not worth it on a 10' hypalon rib to pay a pro...just replace with new dink. Ugh.

Anyone here replace tubes on a RIB??

Thanx

Trying all the above but not looking too good. One more interior sealant attempt coming up. Looking at options if all fails.

I have a little Zodiac that we use to shuttle from shore to our mooring that has a small tube under the floor boards (forms a bit of a keel). This tube has a small split that I’ve tried to fix myself multiple times but eventually it starts to slow leak again. My next try with be to use LePage PL (Loctite in the USA) construction adhesive to glue the repair patch on. I have no idea what the results will be but as this tube really isn’t essential for our use I think it’s worth a shot as this stuff sticks to just about anything.
If you reach a point where you’ve exhausted your “enthusiasm” to keep it alive you might want to throw this item into your “for consideration bucket”

You can stick a length of foam pool noodle in there to form that bit of keel. Not perfect but pretty effective.

Sorry for the thread drift.

A pro dinghy repair person tells me that Goop Marine is best for gluing hypalon. I've had success with 5200 in the past.
Update, air is holding. May be some life in er yet
