restoring a coronada 15

i am restoring a coronada 15 and have run intoa glitch........there is a jib cleat track on each side of the hull......but the jib cleats do not match the holes in th track and do not seem to be made to attach to these tracks...anybody know anything about this........i have never owned a sail boat ..so any help bill be appreciated
