Hey y'all, I am new to sailing and looking for more ways to get connected. I've been on facebook and instagram and lots of forums, this and harbormoor.com are the best things I have found! Any other recommendations?

Suggest joining a local yacht and/or sailing club. Also join Cruisers Forum Cruisers & Sailing Forums (cruisersforum.com) and do a forum search on Sailboat Owners forum site and internet search to get answers to your sailing questions.

Active Captain is also a good resource.... not as good since Garmin absorbed it but still usefull.

I'd also recommend the Windy app and the Navonics app for your phone.

The Boat Galley is a blog and podcast with excellent stories, information and how to's. The woman that runs it is an excellent story teller

I forgot to add the NOAA app. The windy app actually pulls its data from NOAA and you can get a similar display on the Windy app that you get on the NOAA app. So you could get by with just Windy and Navonics.
