I need to re power my78 O'Day 30 it has a YSB 12 that I cannot get parts for. It needs a crank. what replacement engines have any of you sailors out tried with good success.

beta marine - it's a marinized kubota with excellent design and support. We re-powered our 37CC in october 2011 with a beta 30 (replacing the original '78 westerbeke 4-11) and it rocks.
