The first stop would be to check ebay. With all the damaged boats from Katrina, do a search on the internet, there might be someone selling salvaged wheels. Can the old wheel be repaired? Might be the cheaper alternative than buying a new one. Was the wheel damaged by the boat yard, either their insurance or yours might cover the replacement. Good luck.
