Give Rudy a call. http://www.drmarine.com/products.asp?cat=160 I'm not sure if his port lights are bored for the screws. If not, go with the same hole diameter of your old lens. You'll also need a tube of Dow Corning 795 caulking.

If your old port lights are dulled from the sun you may want to try using an extra fine steel wool on them and follow it up wtih a fine rubbing compound. It may be worth a try.

If they are scratched and such, try toothpaste on a soft rag, buff and then wipe/wash off. Sounds wierd..... but it works! The other option would be one of the commercially available headlight lens restoration kits. I bought one for my car, but first tried it out on my Dad's outdoor thermometer, the plastic lens was hard to see through (and yellowed), but cleared up using that kit.

If the windows are actually cracked or broken, Joe has the right idea, Rudy Nickerson at D&R is your best supplier. (508) 644-3001 or www.drmarine.com Best to call Rudy, he gets too many e-mails to answer quickly.

I'm going to give the tooth paste a try Rod. I've heard that it can work like a fine compound.

Thanks for the advice. Turns out they were beyond salvage and I replaced them this week.
