replacing waste pipe

The tabs on the cap where I pump out the holding tank broke off. I took the screws out of the deck and loosened the hose clamps

underneath. The fitting still does not come off. Do I have to get the cap out to remove the pipe to put in a replacement?

Did the tabs break of the key if so dig out he broken tabs .I just replaced my pumpout fitting and you have done all that is needed but you should cut the hose off the pipe first and then pry the fitting up

When I look at the replacement on Catalina Direct it looks like the fitting should lift off since the screws are out and the hose clamps are off. Is there something else that holds it on?
