Replacing sanitation hoses on Hunter 28.5

After spending hours of research to eliminate the obnoxious odor that my boat has, I feel the best place to start is by replacing all the marine sanitation hoses. The pump out hose is in two sections. One goes from the deck pump out fitting down to a plastic "Y" that was originally used for over board discharge. The discharge side has been capped off and no longer used. The other portion runs to the holding tank. The hose coming from the deck has cracks all over it so its pretty obvious it should be replaced. I am guessing the part that runs from the "Y" under the floor to the tank is original. My goal is to eliminate to "Y" and go strait from fitting to tank. Since the boat is 4 hours away, I was hoping somebody who has done this would tell me how much hose I need. I will also be replacing the hose from head to tank. I will be using Trident 101 and don't want to buy any more than I need. Also any other tips or advice on replacing the hose that runs under the floor would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I did exactly that on my Hunter 30T. Eliminated the Y and replaced all sanitation hoses. One from the deck plate to the tank. About 4-5ft. Then the hose from the tank to the head about 10ft

Get a decent heat gun. Remove all the old clamps heat and slice a slit in the old and it will come right off the fittings. Lay the old stuff on the dock and measure then go buy a replacement.

A lot of heat on the outside and inside of the new hose and it will slip right on, double clamp when still warm, no leaks.

I just do it on my hunter 336 replace the sanitary hose is a pain of... I bought 13 feet and I just need 10 but that was not the real problem of this job
The real problem is when Hunter did the boat they install the hose where is not accessible
I had to do 2 holes to be able to pass the hose to the floor and join the tank
What I did wrong is when I remove the old one I didn't secure the rope I attached to the old hose at the end and the rope follow my pull out so I lost the line that I tried to use to help me to install the new one...
But after that I realize this is not feasible without drill 2 big hole that I going to install a quick access plate
But one things is I fixed my smell odors
What a big day.....but now I'm happy
Next week we put it back to the water for the next season!
