Replacing mast sheaves

I have a Hunter 40 Legend and the mast and boom sheaves show a great deal of wear. I would like to replace them but want to know how big of a deal replacing them is. I have an Isomat mast and boom. Thanks

The pins pull out it's a tension pin and ya replace them tie a string or plastic tie wrap around them so they don't fall into mast
