Replacing hull side windows

New project on my list now, Have a 1990 390 oceanis that has the side hull windows cracking at the screws and missing screws due to corrosion. Where can I find replacements or do they have to be made? Anyone have any experience with that?

I have a 1991 Oceanis 390 and I did the job myself this spring big job but came out great and worth the time. Just got back from Chicago to Mackinaw race 660 mi round trip and held up fine.

I just started this project this morning with 1/2 hour set aside to remove both forward ports on my Oceanis 350. Took two hours to remove one. New ones being cut/drilled at TAP plastics.

I have heard of caulking tape that would be much neater than a tube of Life Caulk. Any suggestions on how to re-install the windows?

TAP Plastics has a couple of stores in Portland. Check on line as I think they are national if not regional. All kinds of acrylic that is UV and shatter resistant. Couldn't match tint exactly but got the bronze that should look good.
i'm just looking for some re-install advice.
