We have a Seidelmann 295 with a transom hung rudder that is set up so that you can raise the bottom portion in shallow waters. The hold down line for the rudder needs to be replace. The line runs from the cockpit through a stop, over a spool and through a hole in the top of the rudder. Question: where is there access to this line and what's the best method for replacement?
