Replacing gray Portlight with Lexan

Hey All, Has anybody out there swap out their Gray Portlight with Lexan? I have a 1978 30' hunter and The 4 large ports are sealed shut and scracth badly. They need replacing but I have owned the boat for 4 year and never used them, also I have a A/C so they are not needed. Thanks For you HELP, Tony

Use acrylic not lexan.

All of the maunfacturers use acrylic plastic, not lexan. Lexan will not hold up like acrylic. I cannot speak for all mfgrs but I do know that Mark Plastics which made my H34 portlights said that you should never use Lexan.

How do I get up with Mark Plastics

I have heard alot of people talk about Mark Plastics and I can't find him or a web site. Who is this Man? Thanks Tony
