Replacing Deck Boards for 17' DaySailer

Deck boards & cross-supports beyond repair, but some still had their shape and curvature. I have some ideas, but open to others. If you've done this or are familiar with this process, please respond to this post, thanx, Ken

Looks like you could use those old boards as patterns for new ones.Maybe use cedar or redwood.Take the wood to a woodshop and have it planed to thickness then cut out with jigsaw.Sand smooth.Good luck,Barry
