replacing cabin port blinds

Has anyone replaced the port blinds in their Catalina? We have the pleated shades that are 14 years old and look really dirty, plus the velcro is giving up. If you replaced them with the ones from the Catalina Owners store, what was the mounting screw pattern? The originals we have in the forward port had three mounting screws. Anyone know how to clean them? I'm soaking my old one in Oxyclean to see if that takes the stains out. thanks, bill

Mine were about the same age,

cleaned & bleached them a few years ago and they came out pretty good. Replaced recently with some in blue, they are available from this website or from Odyssey Sail in Newport Beach, CA. The middle screws all fit existing holes (Of Course), and the end holes on the ones with 5 screws matched up but you'll end up drilling some new ones, but they are covered by the blinds.
