I keep our C25 Swing Keel in Salt Water 12 months a year. That requires the relpace meny of the keel cable annually. due to the fear of a failed cable when crancking it up I have had the boat lifted out of the water but that cost $300.00 +. Is it possible to replace the keel cable while the boat is in the water at the slip??
