Replacing Burnt Salon Bulbs

We have a 2012 Hunter 39. How do we remove the round circular salon light fixture cover to get at the burnt out bulb? They are up in the ceiling.

If they are the fixtures I am imagining the bezel probably snaps off. Slide a knife under the edge just a tiny bit and pry. The bezel ring and glass will pop off so don't drop them.
