The orginal cleats have broken on the stern. Has anyone replaced theirs? If so what procedures did you use?

Do-able, but not fun

I spoke with a dealer about this not long ago. Apparently most people decide to cut a round hole on the backrest part of the seat to get to the through bolts. When finished with the cleat replacement they install a round access plate where the hole is. You can create a small cubby behind that plate to keep items like sunglasses, or maybe even binoculors so you can get some use out of, "another hole in the boat." Good Luck!
