Replacing bilge hose on 387

I thought I’d try to replace the old corrugated bilge hose. Figured, no big deal, I’d just connect the new one at one end and pull through. Wow, was I mistaken! It has a run under the galley and aft cabin floor that I can’t get it to budge. Two hours later and very little progress. Two of us pushing/pulling from different locations and it’s sort of impossible. Almost ready to cut a hole in the floor to access it but thought I’d see if anyone has thoughts first?

the hose is likely held in place with zip ties. I have Seen videos of people using a sharp tool on the end of a stick to cut the zip ties (if you have access).
