Replacement Stanchion

I just bought my first boat, a 1987 23 ft Hunter with a wing keel. I need a replacement life line stanchion. All I have been able to find have a four hole base but I need one with a three hole base. Any help on where to find a replacement would be appreciated.ThanksJ.B. Simpson
