replacement rudder

I just bought this boat (a Pearson 28, 1986 shallow draft)) a basket case. It has no rudder, I’m looking for the original Pearson spec. ( molds) ? Because the I bought the boat without the rudder I don’t have any of the associate hardware (stuffing box, bearings, nothing!!!!!!! what I have is a rudder post and an Edison drive wheel so I need drawings and a list of parts. Foss Inc. have a standard rudder for the 28 but don’t know if it will fit on a shallow draft 28.2 . Can anyone help ----or--- point me in the write direction. . Thanks Roger

Go to the LINKS for the P28, the appropriate forums, and current equipment/parts suppliers. From this site you can also find (sometimes) construction and fabrication drawings for rudders, etc. if you plan a DIY rudder, etc.
