Hunter Cherubini 33_77-83 Okinawa, Japan
I have a hunter cherubini 33 (1978). I am in the process of doing a complete overhaul and I need to replace the plastic port windows. The ports were made by cray enterprises out of Tampa Florida. I don't think this company is in business anymore. Has anyone replaced ports on their 33? I would appreciate any information concerning a source(s)to buy from. Thanks, Okiman.

probably Gray Bomar ports

I'm pretty sure you have the same opening ports as the other sized Cherubini boats, 7X15 and 5X12s... If so, they are still made. Check the Pompanette web site, and the archives, then be sure to shop around. They are about $100 each but can be more or less depending where you get them. Also search the photo forum for how-to notes and pix...

I Agree. Replace with New Found Metals

They are far superior and easier to install. (Steve, good to hear you finished the install. They look great.) --Michael

I went with NFM's portlights

even before this year's price reduction

Different Sizes

Does anyony know if they make other sizes of the Trimatrix ports, I have three different sizes in My 1983 H30. I could only find two sizes in the catalog.

Replacement Ports H33

Steve, Thanks for the information concerning the ports on my H33. I bought the boat from a friend of mine and I am in process of renovating the boat. The ports are a mess and leak terribly. I have been looking into replacements but didn't want to go back to the plastic ports. I am very intersted in using the same ports you used from NFM. Are the port frames plastic with metal frames and are the port windows glass? The web price of these ports are very affordable and almost the same cost as the replacement plastic ports. Thanks for the information.
