i need to replace the port that opens into the cockpit on a '86 hunter 28.5. does anyone know if this is a standard size, or do i have to hope that hunter still has one in the back room? thanks
then it is probably the 4" x 14". Check out the Pompanette site. www.pompanette.com (this is who owns Bomar/Gray. Purchase it from Thrifty like Barry pointed out. Much cheaper. PS: Do you need a frame or just the light? You do not need to purchase the entire port if you do not need it.
I own a 1988 28.5 and all three portlights are made by beckson. These ports are still in production. All you need to do is measure the plexiglass and then go to beckson's website where you will be able to figure out your port model with you measurements. I recently puchased screens for all of my ports by doing this.
