replacement main circut breaker

I have a 1989 Hunter 32 ft Vision and I beleive I may need to replace the main 30 amp breaker The issue I am having is the fact that my 30 amp only has one throw switch but when I open the panel it appears that there are two 30 amp breakers one of which does not have a switch protruding through the panel and one that does If I replase with a double throw I will have to drill outthe panel

if anybody out there is familar with this setup I would apprecaite any and all information

Are you sure that the breaker is not one with reverse polling tied to it. They can look like a single breaker. I would check first before drilling out your panel.
