Does anyone know where I can purchase spare lamps for the navigation lights on a 89 Hunter 335. The lamps used have are cylindrical, the end caps having a small dimple in the end surface. I can find similar ones with a convex end but none with a concave end.

Boat US carriers them. WM probably does too but don't know. At my store, the bulbs were notlocated in the standard bulb display, but kept with the lenses and replacement lights section of the manufacturer (I want to say Perko but I'm not sure). As an alternative, drill out holes where the dimples are on the tabs that hold the bulb in the light socket, they you can use a "standard" bulb with the conical ends.

I saw some mast bulbs at West Marine yesterday that look like the one you describe. It had a bayonet base and a cylindrical bulb but I did not see the top. I hope this helps. I also am looking for information on bulbs. My anchor light just burned out, and I would like to find out the number of a replacement bulb so I can carry it up and not have to go up the mast twice. My boat is a 1981 31-foot Hunter. I sent an Email to Hunter but they say they do not have records that far back. If you want to ask Hunter about your problem, email them at huntermarine@att.net. Greg Emerson is the person who replied to me. Good luck.
