I have the original Tohatsu tank that came with my 1994 23.5 and the base is starting to corrode. I would like some input if anyone has found a plastic tank that will fit in the storage space under the starboard seat in the cock pit. Thanks, Jonathan Costello

It is a six gallon tank that fits in the locker. Makes it simple because a pint of 2 stroke oil is what you need for 6 gallons. I bought two the first at WalMart then they changed the model they carry I had to search everywhere for another and found it at Acadamy Spoting Goods. I you need I can look for a model number next time I am out at the boat. I have a 3 gallon Tempo that fits as well.

I have a Tempo PN 620003 3 gal tank that works well. West Marine has them but Bass Pro has it at a better price. I think the 6 gal Tempo tank will fit in the locker but haven't tried one. I switch off with the steel Johnson 3 gal tank and the Tempo to keep from having gas left at the end of the season.
