Replacement for Traveler brackets

I have a 1988 H28.5. The end brackets/caps that hold down and secure the traveler track are cracked. The traveler is made by Schaefer. I wonder if anyone knows where and how to order the replacement for the brackets. Thanks for your help.

End Caps

If it is an old Schaeffer traveler, the end caps are now a speciality item. The old track measures 1 inch while the newer models are 1 1/8 inch. Schaeffer has the new models at a good price, but the 1 inch models are not mass produced and the cost is an eye popper. You can find them at the Schaeffer Marine web site. I don't know if the new model will work with the old traveler system. West marine did carry the new model with the older model as a special order a couple of years ago.

Thanks for the info. I found what you talk about on the Schaefer website. The new end stops would not work for my old traveler. Because mine is square-like and the new Schaefer is flat with a rounded end. But I found from West Marine web site two different sizes of Schaefer end stops that look like what I have. I'll pay a visit to West Marine see if I get lucky. Thanks for the help.
