Replacement for Original Aluminum Deck Fills

I thought I'd start a new thread because the other one is getting rather large and this is a much more general question. I am in the process of repairing soft decks (P/S) where the forward mast stays attach to the deck. I have removed the deck fills for fresh water (stbd) and waste pump out (port). They are original and are aluminum (FW) and plastic (Waste). I took them to Hamilton Marine and everything there has a different bolt circle (the imaginary diameter of the three screw holes). Where does one find replacement deck fills for old O'days?

I couldn't find an exact match. I initially installed a set of these because the flange was large enough to cover the old holes, they are all nylon:

However, they are crap and don't seal well - I ended up with water in my fuel tank because the cap didn't seat properly. I have since replaced the diesel fill with one of these, large enough flange and well made, I will be replacing the other three with SS ones soon (leaks aren't as critical for those):

Google "Perko stainless steel deckfills" to find 'em for water, waste and fuel.

Nylon fittings are ok for use inside the boat, but not for exterior fittings because nylon is not UV resistant...it turns nylon into powder. If you must use plastic, use Marlon or PVC.

The Perko fills looked good but the flange wasn't large enouh to cover the old holes. Funny that Defender/Whitecap sell something so inferior.

I called Whitecap industries directly and they were very nice to work with. Being an engineer, I especially like the fact that you can download drawings of their various products. The part number for the "WASTE" deck fill (3.5" OD flange, 1.5" hose) is 6126S. This is my greatest concern as the one that I took off was nylon and pretty nasty. If you need one labeled "DIESEL", it is 6124B.

Unfortunately they do not make a "Water" deck fill that can go directly to 1.5" hose. They do make one with a, NPT female threaded end that could be used with an adapter. However, it is backordered and the wait is well over 6 months. So, for now, I've cleaned up the aluminum FW fill (it is actually is fairly good shape) and will reinstall it.
