replace zinc (s) in 2qm15

Do not have service manual, but this is 1st time with this engine (new to me 30' er). But looks like I would have to remove water supply lines (front cylinder body) and cylinder head rear. Also I would like to get a service manual, or on cd.

The 2QM15 has two zincs. There is a service manual on this site under boat info, downloads. If for some reason you can not download it here send me a message with your email address and I will find a way to get one to you.
