Has anyone tried replacing the Acrylic in a Lewmar hatch. Or does anyone know where one could get this done in the Florida area.

I'm in St. Augustine, but have the use of a car so Melbourn is not a problem....

This guy is in Port Canaveral: http://stainlesscity.com/ and made Lexan crib boards for my GS 41 and did a bunch of work for friends over the years.
This guy is in Melbourne: http://www.jwaustin.com/ and made replacements for the big fixed ports in my now boat ('67 Morgan 24).
I recommend both but there are probably shops that are just as good in that area. Maybe ask around the marina? It'll be 2 trips, drop off and pick up. Both places I've used want the old parts in order to make the pattern for the new.
I did a search for "plastics St Augustine" and saw 3 places in St Augustine and a couple in the South end of Jacksonville. Tried to paste the URL but it was incredibly long.
