Replace or Repair the sole

Have some rot in the wood floor. Any ideas or recommendations as to how to repair or replace?

Need a little setup to dispense my humble opinion on the finer things in life like spending hot summer days tearing out a cabin floor. Boat type, age, condition, motivation etc....Aloha, Michael

It is a h26. 1994, Boat is in great shape, but I really don't want that much work.

Marine Plywood.

If your sole is basically fiberglass with one or two wood hatches you can replace them with plywood. Get a piece of plywood of adequate thickness, cut to size, sand down, stain and epoxy the bottom.
