Rendezvous Announcement

The 8th Annual Pacific Northwest VEGAtarian Rendezvous will be held at
Maple Bay, BC August 19th and 20th and maybe even longer. For details
go to The American Vega Association

First Brian said "Who's Zachary Mudge?" so I had to explain it to him
then Peter said "Cr*p!" and Brian said something about Leave it to
Beaver and the Grateful Dead and I said that Alice Cooper turned 60
yesterday but, apparently, Judy is bringing some Irish Whiskey so
Brian said we maybe should stock up on Guiness (which we would have to
buy in Canada)then Austin said something about his pedigree and Bill
and Helen are bringing Sophie the Wiener Dog whom I hope will get
along with Bree, the Livin' Aboard Cat even though she will probably
just sleep through the whole thing and Chris said we could pencil him
in so it's Maple Bay but don't blame me, I'm just the bass player.

Thanks Chuck...looks great. If you are wondering what the Marina and
surroundings look like follow the link that Chuck provided. For
those of you staying in touch around the world, this is the scenery
and sailing that we have grown accustomed to in the PNW. I am
compiling a list of boat names from the 'usual suspects" in an
effort to manage registration. I will be submitting it to Carol at
the Marina in due course. Individuals will then pay at the office
upon arrival. If you want me to add your name to the list please
forward details to me offline and I will make sure that a berth is
available.
