Renault RC8D engine

I recently purchased a Hunter 27 which has a Renault RC8D engine. I understand parts are difficult to find so I am asking for a little help from other RC8D owners.

I need to know the Oil filter size and or part number .
The Oil dip stick is broken but can be repaired - - - I need to know the total length and how far up the dipstick the markings are. (full to need oil)

Engine start and runs fine now. Can anyone advise a distributor for parts and or service?

Try posting your request in a British sailing forum as there are many more Renault engines in operation than remain here. Anticipate that parts will be expensive and do take proper precautions when dealing with unknown suppliers.
