Anyone ever removed the travaler track? Removed all the hardware already. With the exception of the two end flat head screws that go through the teak. They seem to be frozen fast. I've used an impact wrench. So far no go. Any ideas? Dan

Take off the sliding hatch

When I removed the stock traveler to install a new Garhauer traveler, I had to remove the two outer guides to lift off the sliding hatch. You will then be able to get a box wrench on the nuts under the deck to remove each of the bolts. Its also a good time to inspect and clean out 20 years of accumulated dirt.

Yes, That's the problem. I kan't git the dam end screws off... The ones that go through the end teak pieces. Nothing short of drilling them out will work. Unless someone knows a special trick that works wonders with 22 year old stuck easily rounded off flathead screws. thanks dan
