Removing Old “Sling” Decals

Any tips for removing my faded worn out “Sling” Decals from the hull? I have to put new ones on as the original (22 years old) are hard to see now. Leaving me open for a novice lift operator to lift the boat wrong.

Use a heat gun and a wooden/hard plastic scraper and a lot of patience .

There’s still time for me to try the rubber wheel you suggested. I still have 3 to go. I stopped to help a friend get his boat uncovered. And that was easier than my project.
I’ll finish up this week.

3m rubber wheel by far is the best solution

Sounds like you got it. I just did this and used blow dryer and a dish scrubbing pad. Took it off just fine. Replaced with new sling stickers.
