Anyone know a good and easy way to remove the lettering, (registration numbers) etc. from boat? Thanks

If it is vinyl use a hair drier heat and peel, paint use easy off oven cleaner. When all done Acetone. This is what I use I own a Lettering Business, and do a lot of boat lettering. Paul

Letter Removal
I agree with Paul. In the past the hair dryer and acetone have worked great. Be careful with the acetone...it is potent stuff. Bert

I have used citrus oil based cleaners
to take the adhesive off of plastic parts like snowmobile windshields. Works good and won't eat the plastic.
