I'm a new owner of a 30ft O'Day. My question is, whats involved in removing the genoa for storage? Do you just pull it down the track or is there some type of release attachment involved?
Just loosen your genoa halyard and pull down on the sail to remove from the track. Be sure to do grease the fitting before putting the sail back on in the spring. It's much easier that way. Hapyy Sailing Tom
