I am considering removing the ceiling liner on an Irwin 37. The liner is in good condition, but not perfect. It limits access to nuts and bolts, and wastes some space. Has anyone else removed their liner? What are your oppinions and comments? Michael

Same though?

I have thought of doing the same thing. I want to remove and rebed all of my deck hardware and I can't get at the bolts on most of them. Blocked by the liner which I have also considered doing.

I am also considering removing my headliner to re-bed the hardware etc. Please let me know how you went about removing and replacing same. considering this for a winter project and would appreciate any ideas for going about it. Thanks

a suggestion

Instead of removing all or part of it, why not buy hole saw bits of various sizes and drill out the areas you need to access? I found either 3" or 4" plastic hole covers at Lowes for a few bucks, so when I drilloed my holes, I put inthe covers after I was done with my project. Looks good, ats air to the areas, and saved me from destroying hte ceiling.
